I wrote this blog a week ago and prescheduled it to post today. If all is good my elbow is hanging in there and I’m making a cast during my epic nine day trip to Providence Atoll in the Seychelles as you read. I’m hosting 11 anglers for Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures. We have superb tides and moon phases for this adventure and fishing should be off the hook!
There’s absolutely no internet from our mothership the Maya’s Dugong. But, as always I’ll post day by day accounts upon returning December 13th. Reports will be slow out of the gate because after the Seychelles I’ll be returning to Dubai and Oman for a week more fishing with longtime friends Nick Bowles and Sammy Vigneri. Creating more blogs I guess. . . .
Prior to this journey my days at home were invigorating to say the least. I completed Sharpie art on 32 items ranging from Cliff Fly Boxes to Yeti Sidekicks. 32! That took an all-nighter or two. Along with Sharpie art I completed two beautiful watercolors. To say I was exhausted Friday afternoon when I boarded my flight from Idaho to the Seychelles is an understatement. It was nice to tip back a couple glasses of red wine and fall asleep to a movie on the long leg Salt Lake to Paris.
If you’re still looking to put some “Currier” under the tree you certainly can. WorldCast Anglers and Orvis Jackson Hole stock my fly box and Yeti art. AND you can visit my website for:
My high quality frosted beer steins
Men’s and women’s 100% polyester Solar Shirts that provide 50+ UPF sun protection
The new Hoodies!
Bigger and more durable than ever – my fish art decals!
And if you’re a Teton region local you can still get my Sharpie Art. On December 21st I’ll be at WorldCast Anglers in Victor from 2-6 PM doing art. Then again at Orvis Jackson Hole on December 23rd from 4-6 PM. No time for jetlag. See you SOON!
Be sure to keep track of my upcoming travels around the world!
