Its not easy to leave my beautiful homeland in June. It’s the greenest it is all year. The birds are singing. And the Henry’s Fork is at its best. But I’m headed for Georgia this morning for four days of delivering fly fishing seminars mixed in with a couple days of fishing.
Tonight I’ll be speaking to the Atlanta Fly Fishing Club. My presentation is “Tricks and Tactics for the World’s Best Flats”.
I love doing my speaking but best of all on this trip is that my host and great friend Michael Williams, owner of Nomadic Waters, and I get to fish a couple days also. Tomorrow we’ll be with friend Henry Cowen who I’ve wanted to fish with for years then up on the Chattahoochee River with Unicoi Outfitters on Friday.
